Silicone Egg Poachers- Set of 2Fast, easy, perfect poached eggs! Bring approximately 1-1/2" water to a boil in a pan. Spray the inside of poachers with nonstick spray or brush w/ olive oil or butter. Crack eggs into the poachers. Reduce the burner temperature to simmer. Place the poachers into the water. Cover pan w/ lid and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on desired firmness. Remove poachers from pan w/ a slotted spoon. Release the egg from poacher by running a butter knife or spoon around the edge and egg will pop out easily.
